1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VaultAudit AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VaultAudit AI is a subscription tracking application that uses on-device artificial intelligence to help you scan, categorize, and manage your subscriptions. The App processes all data locally on your device using Apple Intelligence and the Vision framework. The App does not transmit your personal or financial data to any external server.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App requires iOS 18.0 or later and a device with Apple Intelligence capabilities.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

The App offers both free and paid ("Pro") tiers:

  • •Free tier: Track up to 5 subscriptions, basic AI scanning, 3-day renewal reminders, and cancellation guides.
  • •Pro tier: Unlimited subscriptions, custom reminders (1, 3, or 7 days), Home Screen widgets, CSV/PDF export, and Family Sharing for up to 6 members.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VaultAudit Pro is available as:

  • •Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
  • •Annual subscription: $29.99/year
  • •Lifetime purchase: $59.99 one-time

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Apple may charge applicable taxes. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store terms.

6. Family Sharing

VaultAudit Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. When enabled, up to 6 family members can access Pro features through a single subscription. Family Sharing is managed through Apple's Family Sharing settings and is subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored within the App. Since all data is stored locally, loss of your device or deletion of the App will result in permanent loss of your subscription data. We recommend using the export feature (Pro) to back up your data periodically.

8. Accuracy of Information

The App uses AI to extract and categorize subscription information from screenshots. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You should always verify the extracted information before relying on it for financial decisions. The App is a tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice.

9. Cancellation Guides

The App provides cancellation instructions for various subscription services as a convenience. These instructions are provided on a best-effort basis and may become outdated as services change their processes. We are not responsible for any issues arising from following these guides. Always verify cancellation directly with the service provider.

10. Intellectual Property

VaultAudit AI and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by VaultAudit AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultAudit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed subscription renewals, inaccurate AI categorization, or data loss due to device failure.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will be accurate in all cases.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
