How does VaultAudit AI scan my subscriptions?
Take a screenshot of any subscription receipt, confirmation email, or billing notification. VaultAudit AI uses on-device OCR and Apple Intelligence to extract subscription details. All processing happens locally on your device — nothing is sent to any server.
Is my data private?
Yes, 100%. VaultAudit AI processes everything on-device using Apple Intelligence and the Vision framework. Your subscription data is stored locally with SwiftData. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Your financial data never leaves your phone.
What devices are supported?
VaultAudit AI requires iOS 18.0 or later and a device with Apple Intelligence support (iPhone 15 Pro or later, or iPad with M-series chip). The AI features require on-device processing capabilities.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
VaultAudit Pro is managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VaultAudit Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Yes. Open VaultAudit AI on your new device and your Pro subscription will be automatically restored through the App Store. If it doesn't restore automatically, go to the Pro section in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any recent purchase.
