Our Commitment
VaultAudit AI is built on a simple principle: your financial data is yours alone. We designed the app from the ground up to process everything on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal data.
Data We Do NOT Collect
VaultAudit AI does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- •Subscription names, prices, or renewal dates
- •Screenshots or images you scan
- •OCR text extracted from your images
- •AI categorization results
- •Personal or financial information of any kind
- •Usage analytics or behavioral data
- •Device identifiers or advertising IDs
On-Device Processing
All core features of VaultAudit AI operate entirely on your device:

In-App Purchases
VaultAudit Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use StoreKit 2 to verify your purchase status on-device. We do not receive or store your payment information, Apple ID, or purchase receipts on any external server. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Widgets & App Groups
The VaultAudit widget uses App Groups to share subscription data between the main app and the widget extension. This data is stored locally on your device in a shared container and is never transmitted externally.
Third-Party Services
VaultAudit AI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data. The only external service interaction is with the Apple App Store for in-app purchase verification, which is handled by Apple's frameworks.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all VaultAudit AI data at any time by deleting the app. No data remains on any server because no data was ever sent to one.
Children's Privacy
VaultAudit AI does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, this applies universally.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
